Reporting a correction
If you think something in an article is wrong, please email us with the link to the page, the sentence you are questioning and, if you have one, the source that says otherwise. We check corrections against the original sources and update the article when the evidence supports it.
Suggesting a topic
We can only write about recipes and methods that are already published by a credible, named source, so a link to the recipe, technique or tradition you would like covered is the most useful thing to send.
